SERVICE IMPACT Maintenance for the following products is planned as no downtime, though some users may experience a brief interruption and need to log in again: - Intake, Conflicts, Terms, Walls - Collaboration
Maintenance for the following products will include a period of downtime and users may have synchronization and login errors during the scheduled window: - DealCloud - Time, Billstream
In addition, the following services will undergo maintenance during this window:
Intapp Identity Services Some users might be logged out at the beginning and end of the maintenance but should be able to log in immediately once the maintenance window closes.
Intapp Integration Services This maintenance will incur downtime. Processes running on Intapp Atom Cloud may experience a brief interruption during this maintenance and may not be completed successfully.
Do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT The release will include new features, defect fixes and minor improvements for all the listed products.
